Happy Birthday!! and other stuff.

Today is an awesome day because two of my favourite people, Danielle and Curtis, have their birthdays today!! YAY!!

I love you guys. :) and I hope both your birthdays are/were awesome.
On another note, I have been having the best day today. Which is really weird cuz I have two major exams tomorrow... I laughed a bit in English media, and today was the last day of classes which means I don't have to be with any of the annoying people from that class anymore!! yay!
At second period, on spare, me and Jenette and Shelby were in the commtech room so shelby could finish her project. We got to watch all of the gr. 10 music video projects, and they were hilarious. Some not on purpose, but still. :) btw wtf is with Taylor Swift and her incredible LACK of talent? seriously, it's annoying.
At lunch we all kept cracking jokes and laughing our asses off at the most random stuff (including trying on a ratty old hannah montana wig that looked really bad on Brittany). I couldn't breath I was laughing so hard a few times.
Third period kinda sucked because I had to present my monologue and I was shaking sooo bad. It was like I was some 80-year-old lady... But my teacher loved it and I got all 4's on it, so yay? My teacher also LOVED the brownie I gave her and was all, "I was just wanting something sweet to eat, but I didn't have anything in my desk! Thanks!!" so yeah. Brownie points! haha.
Fourth period was the usual funny, good time it is most days. :)

Good luck to everyone on their exams!!

Epic Shift Audition

This Saturday, I am auditioning for the Epic Shift Youth Festival's show called "The Good Soul of Szechuan". I'm extremely nervous about this audition. They're doing it very professionally -you need a non-fancy headshot, resume of past plays you've done, and a one to two minute monologue which showcases your best acting abilities- which is kinda weird as I don't think they're going to get many applicants... but maybe they will. Who knows?
The monologue I've chosen is one I performed last year at YoCo, and it's from a play called "Sixty Years to Life". It was really well received and everyone seemed to think I did an amazing job with it, so doing it again will help with the nerves and self-confidence me thinks.
I really hope I get a good part because I'm not in the Sears play this year, so I'll have extra memory space for lines and stuff. I hope it doesn't get too hectic tho, what with Stage-managering one of the Sears plays, one rehearsal a week (for now), two rehearsals a week for the epic shift thing, and studying for exams. Fun times. At least I'll have a life for a little while, right? This is what you would consider a "life" right? i wouldn't know, lol.

That's it for now.
p.s. sorry I haven't been posting a lot recently, I just haven't gotten any inspiration for blog posts.
